About me
I am a talented Civil Engineer, experienced in conducting commercial, residential and industrial investments.
I offer my services in construction consulting. I am qualified site manager and supervision inspector. I can prepare building expertise and help keeping the structure/ building documentation and make necessary inspections and entries.
I arrange commercial and residential interior. I offer a range of services tailored to your home. The easy, fast and remote process is applicable to everyone, regardless of location and budget. I will comprehensively advise you on how to arrange your space, taking care not only of aesthetics, but also of practical solutions.
In addition, I can help you with the property inspection whilst collecting the keys from developer or builder, preventing you from mistakes that may affect the later stage of the investment, significantly reducing your budget.
I have over 15 years of experience in civil engineering in multicultural environments including project and financial management, control of contract documents, work specification and quality as well as occupational health and safety.

construction manager supervision
In accordance with art. 18 and art. 42 of the Polish Construction Law, investors are required to provide construction management.
I would like to offer you professional supervision over the investment, including:
- keeping construction documentary;
- checking and acceptation of execution of construction works in accordance with the design, law regulations and building requirements;
- acceptance of despairing works or these being covered;
- quality control and compliance of build in products;
- support investors at every stage of project life cycle.
Investor's Inspector
An investor may (and sometimes is obliged) to appoint an Investor’s supervision inspector – art. 25 of the Polish Construction Law.
Such inspector will not only represent the investor at the construction site, but also support the right decisions.
As supervising inspector I will:
- verify the quality and compliance of works performed in accordance with the project, building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge;
- control build in materials in accordance with art. 10 Pb;
- participate in technical tests and acceptance of installations, technical devices and fire officer inspections;
- check construction works being covered or disappearing;
- take part in the acceptance of ready construction works;
- controls the investment budget at the investor’s requestion.

- the quality and correctness of works concluded on the balcony, loggia, terrace and in the garage.

Construction Inspections
To ensure the maintenance of construction works in proper conditions, the art. 61 of the Polish Construction Law imposes on property owners and managers an obligation to subject these structure to periodic and ad hoc technical inspections.
As a qualified person suitable for this type of inspection, I will help:
- to set up and keep a building structures books in accordance with art. 64.1 of the Polish Construction Law;
- to prepare technical opinions and inventory of facilities.
In addition, art. 62 The Polish Construction Law imposes an obligation to inspect houses. These includes e.g.: technical inspections of building elements, gas installation and chimney as well as electrical installations. Don’t put yourself in danger, take care of your home today.
